Yes you can enjoy our Spaghetti on a ketogenic diet! We provide angel hair hearts of palm or protein noodles for the pasta portion, then toss it in a ground beef/pork blend with homemade tomato sauce. A big hit for those craving an Italian dish. Two servings (12 oz each) by volume.

Note: protein noodles provide more protein and less carbs than hearts of palm. Your choice.
