High Protein Sandwich Bread

Gluten-free, yeast-free, keto sandwich bread, perfect for those on a low-carb/diabetic, gluten-free and/or protein-sparing modified fast (PSMF), or anyone who just wants a decent sandwich bread. Choose from plain white (dairy-free), everything, Hawaiian, or cheddar-topped. This bread is very high protein, with zero carbs. It doesn't fall apart, and it can hold up to whatever you put on it for a sandwich. You can cut a whole loaf into 14-16 slices, depending on how thick you like it. Half loaf is pre-sliced. Macros below are for 14 slices. NOTE: This bread does not toast well, but it does make a very good grilled cheese.

  • Ingredients (Subject to Change)

    Plain White: Egg white powder, cream of tartar, water, allulose (for texture), whole egg powder, salt.

    Cheddar-Topped loaf has all of the above ingredients plus: cheddar, green onion, parsley.

    Everything has Everything But The Bagel seasoning on top.

    Hawaiian has extracts of pineapple and coconut added, with a bit extra sweetener.
